Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling. By enrolling in any ILCL program, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, please contact us on WhatsApp at +94 74 054 4113 before making payment.

1. Fee Structure

ILCL offers flexible fee arrangements depending on the program and student requirements. Fees may be structured on a per-session, monthly, or block basis, as agreed between ILCL and the student or their parent/guardian at the time of enrollment.

There is no registration or joining fee. You pay only for the sessions or program you enroll in.

2. Payment Policy

All fees are due as agreed at the time of enrollment. Sessions or programs will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. ILCL reserves the right to withhold access to sessions if fees remain outstanding.

3. Cancellation by the Student

We understand that schedules can change. Students or parents are welcome to cancel or reschedule a session at any time, including on the same day, by sending a WhatsApp message to +94 74 054 4113.

Cancelled sessions will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed time. Fees already paid are non-refundable but will be applied to your rescheduled session.

4. No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to ILCL are non-refundable. This applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to:

We strongly encourage all prospective students and parents to speak with us before enrolling to ensure the program is the right fit.

5. Exceptional Refunds

In rare and exceptional circumstances, ILCL may at its sole discretion consider a refund request — for example, in the case of a serious medical situation or other extenuating circumstance supported by documentation.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 24 hours of approval via the original payment method.

6. Cancellation by ILCL

If ILCL needs to cancel a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as an educator being unavailable), we will notify you as soon as possible via WhatsApp and offer a rescheduled session at a time convenient to you.

In such cases, no additional charge will be made and the session will be honoured in full at the rescheduled time.
